“The “Nest” is the best! Had such a wonderful week at the N.E.S.T. for the Onetone Bodywork and Sound Training.

The Onetone team was fantastic, I learned a lot and left super inspired. The training was well thought out while also allowing the flexibility for the group dynamics to flow freely to allow for many magical moments. They even brought in some outstanding guests a few nights which added to the education and fun. The on-site chef prepared amazing and super healthy meals each day, eating vegan never tasted so good!

I love the Nest, after 7 days of good eating, the best sound baths every night, and all the bodywork practice, I could really feel how much healing occurred in my body, mind, and spirit. Takes great care to host special events with strong loving and healing intentions. This seems to always bring together wonderful groups of people every time I visit. I look forward to returning soon!!!”
