Event Highlights:

  • Opening Talking Circle Ritual: Begin the evening in a safe, supportive space where each participant can share their intentions and feelings.

  • Communing with Cannabis: Engage with the sacred plant in various forms—smoked, ingested, infused in tea, cacao, and surprise treats. Self-applied topically. Enhance introspection, relief, and perhaps even spiritual connection.

  • Song and Sound Healing: Experience the therapeutic power of music and sound as we use these vibrations to facilitate emotional release and spiritual healing.

  • Closing Integration: Reflect on the journey and anchor the insights received, ensuring a gentle transition back to everyday life with the opportunity to share and integrate experiences.

  • Overnight Stay in the Main Sanctuary included if chosen: For those wishing to extend the experience, spend the night in the sanctuary, further absorbing the healing energies of the community and setting.

What to Bring:

Comfort items for the overnight stay (if opting in), a journal, an open heart, and willingness to support and be supported.

We encourage participants to eat lightly before the ceremony. Arrive with an open mind and respect for the sacred space we will be creating and sharing together.

She is the founder and director of ESKFF Nest, a healing arts refuge and retreat center located in the serene surroundings of Woodstock, NY.
