Teacher and facilitator, leader of the CWT Cold Water Therapy method in Israel, and developer of workshops integrating mindfulness, Zen, and cold exposure, combining ancient traditions with contemporary knowledge.

For over two decades, I have bridged the spiritual and material worlds through various initiatives.

Graduate in Economics, Spiritual Psychology, NLP, Mindfulness, and Yoga, specializing in therapy through cold exposure.

Co-initiator and co-founder of the "Cold Calm" project and the Israeli Association for Cold Water Therapy.
