Kundalini Yoga focuses on simple exercises combined with pranayamic breathing techniques that are highly effective for quick energetic state change, clarity of mind, and overall wellness. Many of the mini-kriyas that we will be focusing on can be done while sitting on a cushion or chair, so it is quite accessible for both beginners and experienced yogis. Each class includes a short Gong and Tibetan singing bowl Sound Bath for a meditative experience.
