Yoga, Sound Healing & Nature at the N.E.S.T. with Hari Kaur, Jennifer Drue, and Stefanie Frank.
This 2-night all inclusive immersive weekend offers a rare opportunity to receive teachings, practices, sound medicine, and sacred forest baths from Master Kundalini Teacher, Hari Kaur, Jennifer Drue & Stefanie Frank —where nature, sound, and spirit unite for a transformative retreat experience.
We will explore the yogic vision of the subtle bodies, their dance with nature, and the elements.
This weekend retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself, others, and the world around you, fostering inner peace, compassion, and joy.
Our practices include movement, breathing techniques, sound, chant and meditation—all designed to cultivate awareness, awakening and relaxation. Whether you are new to Kundalini or have an established practice, all levels are welcome to join this journey of healing and self-discovery.
During this summer season, we are reminded that the heart is the space of time and rhythm—the pulse of the present moment. Our hearts are singing their summer song, and no matter the season or circumstances, the heart’s rhythm remains steady. In this sweet getaway, we’ll embrace the joy and calm that comes from an open heart.
