Reconnect with your authentic self and embark on a transformative healing journey in a safe and sacred space.

A rare opportunity to let go of emotions that have blocked your access to a grounded sense of self. Join us in experiencing a community of men who come together to support each other’s journey toward wholeness.

This retreat focuses on the physical manifestations of these emotions within our bodies, creating an environment for their release. This approach helps us move beyond reactive and defensive behaviors, reclaiming the energy once consumed by these defenses and reconnecting with our true selves.

ABOUT FACILITATORS:

Gary Millus has attended over 20 retreats focused on the P.E.E.R. process led by Dan Jones, PhD, and David Forbes, MD. He studied human behavior with an emphasis on Jungian studies at Empire College in New York. He continued his education in depth psychology, earning an MA in Counseling Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, California. Now a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Gary runs a private depth-oriented therapy practice in Los Angeles, California.

Terry Richardson is an artist and photographer currently based in Woodstock, New York. Two years ago, he participated in a retreat co-facilitated by Gary Millus, a friend he had first met in New York City in the early 1990s. Reconnecting with Millus was pivotal for Richardson, inspiring a collaborative initiative grounded in their shared experiences with emotional release work and their common goal of helping others benefit from it. In 2024, they co-founded Talking Stick, a men’s retreat aimed at helping individuals heal from past traumas and break free from reactive patterns.

At the retreat, Richardson will serve as a coordinator, providing compassionate support and holding space for participants as they find their way to release.
